The Contest opens August 1, 2011 and continues until August 15, 2011.
 
Entries will be judged between August 16, 2011 and August 31, 2011 by a panel comprised of selected experts: Victor Quinteros, Fashion Photographer; Leah Frazier, Personal Stylish and Fashion Journalist for The Examiner; Joe Samudio, Owner of eMedia Marketing;  and Iraima Franco to choose the most compelling story.

The winner will be notified by e-mail on or about September 1, 2011, and the prize will be sent to the US address provided by the winner. If prize notification is determined as undeliverable, or the winner cannot be located, or does not respond by deadline date, an alternative winner will be chosen and the prize will be awarded.
