Protecting your privacy and your information is important to us. All information that is submitted to us via the Iraima Franco web site is kept confidential. None of this information is ever shared with anyone else.

  • How do I place an order?


You can place an order through our secure shopping cart, using a major credit card, or you can call us and place an order over the phone. We can be reached at 281.852.5789.

All our pieces are unique so there is a slight possibility that two people will attempt to purchase the same product before the website has been updated to reflect the first sale.  If this happens, we apologize in advance and we will notify and offer you to create a similar piece.

  • Can I place a special order?


Absolutely, since all of the jewelry is handmade and we maintain an extensive stock of gemstones and components, to order something special is not usually a problem. We can be reached at 281.852.5789 or go to Contact Us.

  • What payments methods do you accept?


We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through our secure shopping cart.

If you would rather pay off-line by check, money order or cashier's check, please Contact Us and indicate which items you would like to purchase and we will send you an invoice via email with the total cost. Items will be shipped only after we receive your payment and your check has been cleared.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?


8.25% sales tax will apply to all orders billed to an address within Texas.

  • How do you ship orders?


We service all US Territory. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. Unless otherwise requested all orders are shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery).

  • What is your return policy?


We will gladly make an exchange or give you store credit for merchandise returned in its original condition and accompanied by sales receipt within 21 days of purchase.

First al all, you must send an email to sales@iraimafranco.com in order to obtain a return authorization number. Then the merchandise must be shipped pre-paid to:

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damage in return mail, so please insure your package and use a box and bubble-wrap mailer. Sorry, charges for shipping and handling on all returned merchandise are non-refundable.

  • What is your exchange policy?


Exchanges are handled just like returns.

  • What if the merchandise is damaged during shipping?


In that case, in order to obtain a return authorization number please send an email to sales@iraimafranco.com and send the merchandise within 7 days of receipt to:
